To achieve this we will:-

• Develop team and individual players that will be recognised at Regional, National and International level, both as juniors and beyond
  
  
• Build a development pathway that stretches from School to Club to County to Country
  
  
• Work with the best and most enthusiastic and committed team of coaches and managers to deliver those aims
  
  
• Work in partnership with EWGA, the PGA, the Golf Partnership and Clubs, Schools and Colleges
