| Triangular Victory! |
The Under 14s travelled to Hartley Wintney for the annual triangular tournament against Hampshire and Wiltshire.
In difficult conditions more similar to autumn than mid summer the team gave an excellent display beating both Counties and winning the tournament outright.
The whole team played an important part and fought their matches all the way through with some players gaining extra points on the last. There were some excellent performances on the final hole and some fine putting to close out matches. Lyle Phillips finished off with a 25 footer on the seventeenth to complete a double victory and Jordan Williams followed his example. The other team members scoring maximum points were Luke Fitzpatrick and David Langley who also won both their matches before the eighteenth.
